I had a lot of fun drawing this during school hours. People kept coming up to me and exclaiming, "Oh my god! House! I love that show! Isn't Hugh Laurie just amazing?" I hadn't realized how many House fanatics there were at my school until then. 
His face is a little too long, but by the time I realized that, I was too far into the drawing and too lazy to redo it.

Even from the tiny thumbnail on the main page and with the slightly long face, I could tell who it was immediately. It's terrific sketch work, especially the fantastically-detailed shading work on all the subtle levels and angles.
It's a great expression, too; he's been much more serious looking since Blackadder has been off his case.
